Born in Peru, Eduardo has called Canada his home for more than 30 years. He is no stranger to the kitchen, being in the restaurant industry for most of his life. His knowledge of authentic Mexican and Peruvian dishes, and their presentation, is impeccable and combine well with his warm personality and genuine hospitality. You just can’t help feeling “at home”.
